Currently, there are six truly usable glyphs for feral tanking bears. Glyph of Barskin is utterly useless to bears, who have Survival of the Fittest and aren't critable anyway.
Throw out Glyph of Growl (which improves the ability's success rate by 8%) and you're left with only five to choose from. Glyph of Growl has its uses, but compared to the remaining glyphs it just isn't worth the space.
But of these five, which three should you choose?
Glyph of Maul is an absolute must-have for tanking bears. This glyph allows maul to hit an additional target. Since this ability causes very high damage, this glyph helps you maintain aggression on your secondary tanking target -- and anything that helps with threat is much appreciated.
Glyph of Mangle is also good for building threat. The glyph will allow your Mangle debuff to last 6 additional seconds, causing more damage. This glyph, however, can easily be replaced by Glyph of Berserk.
Glyph of Berserk might be one of your most powerful threat-building tools. This glyph makes Berserk last an additional 5 seconds, which is a very long time when it comes to burst damage. I can't get enough of this glyph.
Glyph of Survival Instincts can be extremely useful for tanking bears, but it means losing Frenzied Regeneration. These similar glyphs will both help you survive, but won't do enough to increase damage and/or threat to make them worthwhile for the same bear at the same time. This glyph will grant you 15% of your maximum health when you pop the ability.
Glyph of Frenzied Regeneration is for bears who trust their healers a little bit more. This glyph will increase healing spells performed on you by 20% when the ability is active, which only makes your bear heal that much more powerful.
My recommendation for raiders: Glyph of Berserk, Glyph of Maul, Glyph of Frenzied Regeneration.
